android-logtags-tools software package provides Tools from AOSP that process event-log-tags files, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install android-logtags-tools
android-logtags-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the android-logtags-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep android-logtags-tools *
You will get with android-logtags-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
